How do I complete an order?
(1) To complete your order with Tetsuya, please follow the payment steps. After confirming your shopping cart, choose a payment method and continue.
Can I change or cancel an order?
(1) A confirmed order can no longer be changed, such as the size or color of an item. However, you can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed.
Can you order by phone?
(1) We are currently not accepting telephone orders.
When will the order be shipped?
(1) Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 working days from the confirmation date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the shipping status online. How can I pay for the order?
(1) We offer various secure payment methods. All payments are made using SSL encryption. You can pay for your order with a credit card or debit card. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®. PayPal is another secure payment method that allows you to pay for your order via your PayPal account. Your account details and credit card information are transmitted directly via PayPal. Klarna, SOFORT-Überweisung, giroPay, eps Transfer & Bancontact are also available to you.
Is payment secure?
(1) Your transaction and payment information is securely encrypted directly by our payment providers in compliance with strict banking standards. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the bank and can only be read or viewed by your bank, not by TETSUYA.
How much are the shipping costs?
(1) Shipping costs vary depending on the country and shipping method selected. Shipping and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
Can the delivery address be changed later?
(1) After your order has been shipped, you can no longer change the delivery address. However, you can contact the transport service provider directly and make an alternative delivery arrangement.
Are there any additional costs?
